These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the purchase of products offered through it. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the website.
1. Eligibility
By using this website you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or are accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
2. Product Information and Pricing
We make every reasonable effort to display product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices accurately. However, minor variations in colour, finish, or packaging may occur, and typographical errors may occasionally appear. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices, correct errors, and withdraw or amend product listings at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders and Confirmation
Placement of an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept upon successful capture of payment and dispatch of the products. All orders remain subject to availability of stock. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed in bulk quantities, or contain incorrect pricing or product information. Once payment on an order is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled by the customer under any circumstances; only we may cancel a confirmed order, at our discretion, as described in our Cancellation Policy. This does not affect your rights in respect of a wrong, damaged or defective item, or an eligible return or exchange, under our Refund Policy, or your statutory rights described in Section 7 below.
4. Fulfillment of Orders
Some products listed on the website are fulfilled directly by us, and others are sourced and fulfilled through third-party fulfillment or procurement partners on our behalf. Regardless of who fulfils a given order, Siytara remains your point of contact for that order, and the protections described in these Terms and our Refund Policy apply equally in either case. Only the minimum information necessary for fulfilment is shared with such a partner — see our Privacy Policy for detail.
5. Payment
All orders on this website are prepaid. We accept payment by UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking and supported wallets through our payment gateway partner, Cashfree. Your order is confirmed only once the gateway reports a successful, captured payment, which we verify independently on our servers. Where an amount is debited but the payment is not successfully captured, the amount is automatically reversed by your bank or card issuer, ordinarily within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines displayed on the website are indicative only and are not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier or fulfillment partner operations, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at the time of ordering. This section does not affect your statutory rights described in Section 7 below where an order is not delivered within a reasonable time or is not delivered at all. 7. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms, our Refund Policy, or our Cancellation Policy is intended to, or shall be interpreted to, limit, exclude, or override any right or remedy available to you as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, or any other applicable Indian law, including your rights in respect of goods that are defective, deficient, spurious, or materially different from what was advertised, or an order that is not delivered within a reasonable time. Where any provision of these Terms is inconsistent with such statutory rights, your statutory rights shall prevail.
8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and software — is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or exploited for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the website in any manner that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the website or its systems; to introduce malicious code; or to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the website by automated means without authorisation.
11. Product Reviews and User Submissions
Product reviews may only be submitted by a customer in respect of a product from an order confirmed as delivered to them, and are limited to one review per product per order. By submitting a review, photograph, or any other content to the website, you confirm that it is genuine, accurate to your own experience, and does not infringe any third party's rights, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and use that content on the website and in our marketing, for as long as it remains published. We may moderate, edit, refuse to publish, or remove any submitted content at our sole discretion, including content that is false, defamatory, abusive, unlawful, or in breach of this clause, without notice.
12. Support Tickets and Communications
Support tickets, and any communication you send us in connection with an order, are handled on a reasonable-efforts basis. While we aim to respond within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours as stated on our Contact page, this is a service target and not a contractual guarantee, and response times may occasionally vary due to volume or circumstances beyond our control. Only one ticket may be open per order at a time; a new ticket for the same order can be raised only after the existing one has been closed. Requests that fall outside the eligibility windows or conditions stated in our Refund Policy (including the seven (7) day window for damaged, defective or incorrect items) will not be actioned regardless of when a ticket is raised, save where Section 7 (Your Statutory Rights) applies.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without limiting your statutory rights under Section 7, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order, any use of the website, or these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from the use of the website, the purchase of products, or any delay, error, or interruption in our services, even where we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us, our officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, your violation of any law, or any content you submit to the website.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and all products and services offered on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law and without limiting your statutory rights under Section 7. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information presented on the website, save to the extent such warranties cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, courier, fulfillment or logistics disruptions, government action, internet or payment gateway outages, or other events of force majeure.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, complaints regarding your order, these Terms, or our conduct on the website are handled by our Grievance Redressal Team.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to your right as a consumer to file a complaint or proceeding before a forum having jurisdiction over your own place of residence or work, as provided under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, disputes arising under these Terms shall ordinarily be subject to the courts at our registered place of business. Nothing in this clause restricts any right you have by law to approach a forum of your choosing.
20. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms, and any policy referenced in them, at any time and without prior notice. Amended Terms take effect upon posting to this page, and your continued use of the website following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
