Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how this website ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information of visitors and customers ("you") when you access or use our website and services. We process your personal data on the basis of the purposes for which you provide it to us — such as placing an order, submitting a review, or raising a support ticket — and, where required, on the basis of your specific consent, each as recognised under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made thereunder, and other applicable Indian law. Where consent is the applicable basis for a particular use, we will seek it specifically for that use rather than treating your general use of the website as consent to everything described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide when placing an order, submitting a product review, raising a support ticket, or contacting us, including your name, phone number, email address, shipping address, city, state, postal code, order details, review content and photographs, ticket subject and message content, and any notes you choose to include. We additionally collect limited technical information automatically, such as browser type, device information, pages visited, and approximate location derived from your IP address, which we use to operate, secure, and improve the website.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for legitimate business purposes, including: processing and fulfilling your orders; communicating with you regarding order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery; responding to support tickets and enquiries, including verifying eligibility for a return, exchange or refund; displaying product reviews you choose to submit; maintaining internal records as required by applicable law; preventing fraud and abuse; and improving our catalogue, website performance, and customer experience. We do not use your personal information for any purpose incompatible with the purpose for which it was collected without seeking your consent first, where such consent is legally required.

3. Payment Information

Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, Cashfree Payments India Private Limited. Your card, UPI and net-banking credentials are entered directly on the gateway's PCI-DSS compliant interface and are never transmitted to, or stored on, our servers. We receive and retain only a payment reference, the payment method type, the status and the amount, which form part of your order record and are required for accounting, refunds and dispute resolution.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Information necessary to fulfil your order — typically your name, phone number, delivery address and order contents — may be shared only with: fulfillment and procurement partners who source or dispatch part or all of an order on our behalf, where a product is fulfilled through a third-party supplier rather than directly by us; logistics and courier partners strictly for the purpose of delivering your order; service providers (such as payment, hosting, and communications providers) who support the operation of the website under obligations of confidentiality; and public authorities where disclosure is required by law, court order, or lawful government request. Each such partner is only given the information necessary for the purpose for which they are engaged.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain order and customer records for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy and to comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations. We employ commercially reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — including encrypted connections, access controls, and audit logging — to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies

The website uses essential cookies and similar technologies to enable core functionality and analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage patterns. You may control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect the functioning of the website.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, updating of, or erasure of your personal information, and may withdraw any consent previously given, by contacting our Grievance Redressal Team using the details in Section 9 below. We will respond to legitimate requests within a reasonable timeframe and in any event within the period prescribed by applicable law.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated revision date, and continued use of the website following such changes constitutes your acknowledgement of the revised policy.

9. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, complaints or concerns regarding your personal information or our data practices are handled by our Grievance Redressal Team.

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Response time: We will acknowledge your grievance within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt and endeavour to resolve it within one (1) month, in line with applicable regulatory timelines.
